Dear Copperfield neighbors,
We are trying to fix up the playground located near the clubhouse and need
your input. If you would please take the time to answer a few questions,
that would be greatly appreciated.
1. How many children under the age of 12 are living in your household,
and
what are their ages?
2. Do you currently use the playground?
3. Would you use it more often if the equipment were improved?
4. Would you be willing to donate your time or make a financial
contribution for the improvement of the playground?
5. Are you interested in working on the playground comittee? (if
interested, please include your name and contact number)
6. Would you be interested in coming to a focus group meeting to provide
input on what type of equipment you would like to see in the playground?
(We are especially looking for input from the kids since they will be the
one using the playground, but all moms and dads are welcome too) If you
are
interested, please include your name and contact number.
