Email List Update December 2004 Neighbors: Recent events have made it clear that we need a more efficient way to contact residents with information about our neighborhood.  Delivery of “flyers” door to door has been used in the past, but it requires lead time to implement.  Postal mail results in additional expense to the neighborhood.

As a result, we are making a comprehensive effort to establish a good system of electronic communication.  For that to be done, we need a good e-mail address list for each household.

Please take a moment and provide us with the needed information to implement this communications effort.  This list will not be sold or provided to any third party.  Its use will be limited to neighborhood business.

If you do not have an e-mail address, please let us know.  Information that we distribute via e-mail will be available at the clubhouse where you can pick it up.
