Copperfield Neighborhood Association

March 2, 2004

CALL TO ORDER:  6:30 by James Wagers.  The following board members were present:  James Wagers-President, Susan Potter-Treasurer, Laura Marlowe-Secretary, Larry Young-Facilities Chairman.  Others present:  Jeremy Scarbrough, Terri Young, John Steinmetz, Kathy Cloin.

MINUTES:  February 3, 2004 Minutes amended.  Motion by Laura Marlowe, 2^nd by Larry Young.  Approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT:

• Transitioning position of new treasurer.

ASSOCIATION DUES:

• List of Past due Association dues for 2003 is down to 10 people.
• Liens for past due 2003 Association dues:  no action yet.
• Pool membership drive timeline reviewed.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

• Ongoing

FACILITIES COMMITTEE:

• Lexington Pools contract approved.
• Pool rules for 2004 season approved.
• Basement shelving:  ongoing.
• Pump room repair estimates:  ongoing.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE:

• Next Friday Night Flicks:  School of Rock, 3/13/04.
• Next Social Event being planned:  Easter Egg Hunt to be held the Sunday before Easter.
• Kathy Cloin delivered Gift Baskets to two new families in the neighborhood.
• Terri Young working on newsletter, and fundraiser for the pool.
• Motion by Larry Young to approve $300.00 for Printing, 2^nd by Susan Potter.  Approved.
