Copperfield Neighborhood Association

September 15, 2003

In Attendance:  James Wagers, Sandy Nichols, Laura Marlowe, Larry Young, Mark Yates, Sherry Quisenberry and Charlie Gancio.

Motion made by Larry Young, second by Laura Marlowe; to accept the newly elected Copperfield Neighborhood Association Board members for the following positions:

James Wagers, President; Sandy Nichols, Treasurer; Laura Marlowe, Secretary; Mark Yates, Property Manager; Larry Young, Facilities Chairperson; Charlie Gancio, Social Director; and Sherry Quisenberry, CNA Board Facilitator

Vote:  Passed

Meeting called by James Wagers, President; to designate authority on who should be responsible for the Clubhouse keys.

Motion made by Charlie Gancio, second by Sandy Nichols; for Larry Young to be authorized as the “keeper of the Key.”

Vote:  Passed.

Actions Taken:  Laura Marlowe drafted a letter to Lucien Rice, past CNA Board Member, to request keys for the Clubhouse to be handed over to Larry Young.  Jeff Darling delivered the letter to Lucien and Lucien denied request.

Lucien requested that they keys be turned-in to Barbara at the Clubhouse in the morning and Larry could receive them from her.  The board agreed.
