Dear Copperfield Residents, September 20, 2004
It’s that time of the year for the Copperfield Annual Vendor Fair. On Saturday October 23rd from 8 am to 3 pm we will be hosting the 2nd Annual Vendor Fair. As in the past the objective of the fair “is to get to know our neighbors in the community and get acquainted with any service or distributors they may represent, that perhaps would be helpful or useful to fellow neighbors”
We welcome a variety of vendors to participate in this event that would both serve to help promote individual entrepreneurship as well as meet the needs of fellow neighbors within our own community. Some examples of what we’re considering would be crafts, cosmetics, food services and/or products, landscaping, home décor, jewelry, health & beauty, toys, etc.
Last year the event was exclusive to Copperfield Association Members Only, however this year we will be opening it up to any vendor. Our first priority is to fulfill the Copperfield Vendors Only. Registration deadline for Copperfield Vendors exclusively is October 9th. After this deadline the event will be opened to vendors from outside the community. We will be using the main floor of the clubhouse and the outside common area (weather permitting) instead of the lower level. With space a premium the cost per each vendor will be $25 (note: if a vendor is requiring more than a 10 x 10 foot area the cost will be double). Assigned locations and tables will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
The Reverse side of this letter will serve as the application for participating in this event. Please complete this form and return it me at the above address by October 20th, 2004.

Listed below is the marketing for the event:
- Newspaper ad will be placed on Monday October 18th to run in the Herald Leader on Thursday thru Saturday.
- Large Vendor sign will be placed at the front entrance to the community.
- Small Vendor signs will be placed throughout this and neighboring communities.
- The Website will be updated with information
- Our large message board will have the event posted from Sunday 10/17 thru Saturday 10/23.
- Door Hangers will be placed throughout the community on Sunday 10/17.
