Inappropriate Vehicles and Other Items in Driveways
Hello Everyone,
We have recently
noticed an increase in the number of Deed of Restrictions violations related to
items in driveways. These items include RVs, mobile storage units,
trailers and boats. We would appreciate anyone who currently has these
items in their driveway promptly removing them. We have received a number
of complaints from neighbors related to these items and will also be sending
individual letters to identified households. If you have any questions
related to the Deed of Restrictions, you can find a full copy at
www.copperfieldlex.org/info.html
or you can send an email to president@copperfieldlex.org.
Thank you to everyone for your prompt attention to this matter and for ensuring
we all adhere to the Deed of Restrictions.
Section 8
of the Deed of Restrictions states the following:
Vehicles
and Boats: No trailers, boats,
mobile homes, unlicensed vehicles, junked vehicles, immobile vehicles,
commercial vehicles, personal trucks larger than pick-up trucks, or any
other similar vehicle or any other similar pieces of equipment shall be
parked or permitted to be parked or kept on the front or side of any lot at
any time unless said vehicle is housed in a garage or basement of the
residence, nor shall such vehicles be permitted to be parked in front of
said residence.
