Subject: Vendor Fair Update
Hello Vendors,
Here are some updates for the vendor fair this Saturday:
1. I will be at the clubhouse on Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm for set up. I will have floor layout prepared and a table or tables set up for you.
2. I've placed the two adds in the Herald Leader, One 2 x 4 display add to run in main section on Friday and one ad in the Garage Sale section to run on Friday and Saturday
3. Today we will deliver to each CNA home, the attached flyer. (you may want to print it and mail to your own customers list)
4. The front entrance banner will go up tomorrow and signs throughout the surrounding communities will go up on Saturday Morning.
5. The Front message board has been up for two weeks and will remain up until the Saturday afternoon.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. I will be leaving my cell phone, however, I will be out of town all day Thursday (business trip to St. Louis) and returning on Friday Morning. 859-509-0966
